At Flydigito, your satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed on our website.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

• Item Condition: Items must be in New condition, unused, unworn, and in their original state.
• Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Method

To ensure a safe return, all items must be returned By Mail. Please follow the steps in Section 5 to initiate the process.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Change of Mind / Personal Reasons: If you decide to return an item for personal reasons (such as style, size, or preference), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to purchase a shipping label from your local carrier.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item back.
5. Ship the item with tracking and share the tracking number with us.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
