Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)

Do you ship to the United Kingdom? Yes, we ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Where are orders shipped from? All orders are handcrafted and shipped directly from our workshop in Fes, Morocco, via FedEx International.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Orders over £200: Free Shipping (Economy).

  • Orders under £200: £40 for FedEx Economy or £60 for FedEx Priority.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Delivery (Priority): 2–6 business days.

  • Total Delivery (Economy/Free): 4–9 business days.

Will I have to pay Customs Duties or VAT?

  • Orders under £135: Prices include 20% VAT in accordance with UK regulations.

  • Orders over £135: You are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import fees charged by UK authorities upon arrival.


Material & Leather Care

Are the variations in my leather bag defects? No. Leather is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, or markings are unique characteristics of the hide and are not considered defects. Over time, your bag will develop a natural patina.

How should I store my bag? When not in use, store your bag in a cloth dust bag. Avoid plastic covers that trap moisture. We recommend filling the bag with paper to help maintain its original shape.

How do I clean my Flydigito bag?

  • Light Cleaning: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth.

  • Deep Cleaning: Use a specialized leather cleaner suitable for natural leather.

  • Caution: Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and harsh chemicals like alcohol or household cleaners.


Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure? Yes. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption. All transactions are handled through PCI DSS compliant gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel my order? You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been handed over to FedEx or if fulfillment has already started, it cannot be canceled.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in New condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Flydigito covers the cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our workshop in Morocco.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 2–5 business days. It may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
