Where is Flydigito located?
Flydigito is based in Fes, Morocco. Our workshops work directly with local artisans to create genuine leather goods while supporting their craft, preserving centuries-old techniques, and sustaining meaningful livelihoods in our community.
How should I care for my leather bag?
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean dust and dirt
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct sunlight
- Condition the leather occasionally with natural leather oil
- Handle with care; small variations in color, grain, or stitching are natural and part of the bag’s unique charm
Shipping & Delivery (U.k. only)
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes. We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to other international destinations or P.O. boxes.
Where are my items shipped from?
All Flydigito products are carefully inspected and shipped directly from our workshop in Fes, Morocco via FedEx International.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after order confirmation
FedEx International Priority total: 2–6 business days
FedEx International Economy total: 4–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather, remote areas, or carrier operations.
Is shipping Free?
Free Shipping is available only for orders over £200 GBP. Otherwise, shipping fees apply depending on the selected service. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

FedEx International Priority — £60.00 GBP.
FedEx International Economy — £40.00 GBP.
Free Shipping (Orders over £200) — £0 GBP.
How will I receive tracking information?
Once FedEx collects your order you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Track at fedex.com/tracking. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
What should I check before placing an order?
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Flydigito is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages may incur additional reshipping fees.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and WooPayments.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways; card details are not stored.
Can I cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 business hours of placing an order. After that, if the order is in production or shipped, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included.
Who pays return shipping?
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Flydigito covers return shipping
Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
How long do refunds take?
Inspection: 1–3 business days after receipt.
If approved: your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
Credit Applied: A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
