Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Flydigito purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Item is in its original, unused condition — not worn, used, or altered.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Free Return Shipping (We Pay)

Flydigito covers the return shipping cost for:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with visible damage.
  • Defective Items: If the order has manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product or wrong color.

Paid Return Shipping (Customer Pays)

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind about the purchase.
  • Personal Preference: If the product does not match your style or expectations.
  • Fit/Style Issues: If you are not satisfied with the product appearance.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at: contact@flydigito.com
  2. Include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged.
  3. We respond promptly during support hours (Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM GMT+1).
  4. If approved, we will provide the return address and specific instructions.
  5. Pack securely, ship with tracking, and send us the tracking number.
Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

6. Refunds

Timeline:

  • Return Inspection: Once received, we inspect the item (typically 1–3 business days).
  • Notification: We will send you an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Credit Applied: Funds will be applied to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or personal preference. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Notify us immediately within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Inspect your package upon arrival.
  3. Provide clear photos of the damage or issue to contact@flydigito.com.
