Cancellation Policy

We understand you may need to cancel an order. Here is everything you need to know about cancellations at Flydigito.

1. Cancellation Window

1. Before Processing / Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order within 24 business hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched via FedEx, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return once the item arrives under our Return & Refund Policy.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already entered the fulfillment or production phase.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your full name and order number in your request. We will respond promptly during support hours and confirm whether the cancellation has been processed.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Standard Cancellations:

• For cancellations made within 24 business hours (before dispatch), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Orders Returned After Shipping:

• Refund processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

• Orders already collected by FedEx and currently in transit.
• Items purchased as part of a final sale or special promotion that are explicitly marked as non-cancellable.
