1. Cancellation Window
Before Processing:You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a refund. This applies to orders placed on our website.
Orders Shipped:If your order has been dispatched via FedEx, it cannot be canceled. You may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the package is delivered.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number:

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refund Processing:For cancellations confirmed within the 24-hour window, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Refusal of Delivery:If you refuse a delivery to cancel after shipping, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days after the item is returned to our workshop and inspected.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
• Orders handed over to FedEx and in transit.
• Orders where the 24-hour cancellation window has passed and production or fulfillment has started.
