At Flydigito, we want you to be completely satisfied with your leather bag purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order.
This policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
 

2. Your Legal Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Important: Your legal consumer rights cannot be limited by this policy. Under UK law, you have the right to:
  • Receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose
  • Reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund
  • Cancel within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period) for any reason, without penalty
  • Repair or replacement if goods develop a fault after 30 days

3. Return Windows

Statutory Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order for any reason without justification.
How it works:
  • The 14-day period starts the day after you receive your leather bag
  • You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period
  • Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods
  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage (whichever is earlier)

Extended Store Return Window (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory rights, Flydigito offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Conditions for 30-day returns:
  • Leather bags must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Items must not show signs of wear (scratches, stains, odors, or damage)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

4. Return Conditions

Your leather bag is eligible for return if it meets one of these conditions:

Eligible for Return (Full Refund):

  • Faulty or defective — The bag has manufacturing defects
  • Damaged in transit — The bag arrived damaged despite proper packaging
  • Not as described — The bag does not match the product description on our website
  • Wrong item — You received an incorrect item, size, or quantity
  • Change of mind — Within 14-day cooling-off period (no reason needed)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or heavily worn leather bags (unless faulty or misdescribed)
  • Items with visible signs of wear (scratches, stains, odors)
  • Bags without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned outside the applicable return window

5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD)
  • Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed

6. Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping When:

  • The leather bag is faulty or defective
  • The item is not as described
  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item, size, or quantity
  • You exercise your 14-day statutory cooling-off right (we refund your original standard delivery cost; any extra paid for express services is not refunded)
We provide: Prepaid return label for eligible returns
 

You Pay Return Shipping When:

You changed your mind and are returning after the 14-day cooling-off period (but within our 30-day policy)
The item does not meet return conditions (e.g., has been used or damaged by you)
You ordered the wrong size or colour and return outside the 14-day cooling-off period
 

Restocking Fees:

We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
 

7. Refund Process and Timeline

Inspection and Approval:

We inspect returned items within 5 business days of arrival
We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund
 

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage (whichever is earlier)
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement

Deductions:

  • We may make a reasonable deduction if you have handled the goods more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would be allowed in a physical shop)
  • No deductions apply for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your leather bag is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or not fit for purpose:
 

Within 30 Days of Delivery:

  • You have the “short-term right to reject”
  • You can request a full refund
  • We cover return shipping

After 30 Days (Within 6 Months):

  • You may be entitled to repair or replacement
  • If repair or replacement is not possible or would cause significant inconvenience, you can request a refund

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can:

3.If you return within 14 days, we cover return shipping, so your only cost is the new order
