Shipping Policy
At Flydigito, we ship every order from our workshop in Fes, Morocco. Please read this page before placing your order — it explains who we ship with, how long delivery takes, and what costs are involved.
1. Our Shipping Carrier — FedEx
All shipments are sent from our workshops in Morocco via FedEx International.
We ship to: United Kingdom addresses only.
We do NOT ship to: Non-UK addresses, P.O. boxes, or BFPO addresses.
Orders with a non-UK shipping address will be canceled and refunded.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will see the cost before confirming your order. Choose from two FedEx options:

VAT (20%) and customs duties may be levied upon arrival of the order, and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (Casablanca Time, GMT+00:00)
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). This includes processing before handoff to FedEx
- Fulfillment Days: Monday – Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays
- Orders placed on weekends begin processing the business day
4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery = processing time + FedEx transit time.

Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays due to weather or carrier issues may occur.
5. Order Tracking
Once FedEx collects your order you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Track at fedex.com/tracking. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including street, city, county, and Postcode.
- If a package is returned due to an address provided by the customer, reshipment fees may apply.
7. Packaging & Handling
Each order is wrapped with materials, sealed in a shipping bag or tube, and labeled with instructions.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost or delayed beyond the timeframe, please contact us at contact@flydigito.com with your order number and tracking number and photos. We will open a claim on your behalf and, once verified, will either:
- Send a replacement.
- Issue a refund for the product
