We ship orders from our workshop in Fes, Morocco. This policy explains shipping methods, delivery times, and customs information for orders delivered to the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via FedEx International. We ship to United Kingdom addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over £200 GBP. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Taxes & VAT

  • Orders under £135: Prices are inclusive of VAT (20%) in accordance with UK regulations.
  • Orders above £135: VAT, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 11:59 PM (Casablanca Time)
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Dispatch: Orders are shipped after processing is complete
