1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders with a UK delivery address are accepted; orders with addresses outside the UK are cancelled and fully refunded

2. How much is shipping?

Standard UK shipping is free on all orders with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the final price you pay, including UK VAT and any standard delivery charges.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days (standard UK delivery)

  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days from placing your order

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If we do not deliver within 30 days, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund in line with UK consumer law.

4. Which courier do you use? Will I get tracking?

We primarily use DPD for UK deliveries. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

5. Do your prices include VAT and any other fees?

Yes. All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT and any mandatory fees. The total price shown on the product page and at checkout is what you pay, except for any optional delivery upgrades you choose.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely over an SSL‑encrypted connection.

7. Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out either as a guest or using an account. If you choose to create an account, registration is free and designed to be quick and simple.

8. What is your return policy?

You can return eligible leather bags within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.

  • Within 14 days (cooling‑off period): you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the product price and standard delivery cost.

  • Up to 30 days: we offer an extended store return window for unused, undamaged items.

9. How do I start a return?

To start a return:

  1. Email contact@flydigito.com or call +44 755 592 9323 within the applicable return period.

  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. We’ll send you return instructions, the return address, and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

10. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or the wrong item was sent, we cover the return costs and usually provide a prepaid label.

  • If you are returning due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

11. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be sent to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

12. What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your leather bag arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. You have a short‑term right to reject faulty items within 30 days for a full refund or you can request a repair or replacement, where appropriate.

13. What if my order never arrives?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If the parcel cannot be located, you are entitled to a full refund and do not need to wait for the 14‑day cooling‑off period to pass.

14. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order for free any time before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, you can still cancel under the 14‑day cooling‑off period and then return the item in line with our returns policy.

15. How do you use my personal data?

We collect and use your personal data to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and, with your consent, send marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
